Riverdale Rebuild

A complete transformation of this Riverdale home. The project entailed a complete renovation plus rear two storey addition, third storey addition and basement underpinning. The added third storey allowed views never afforded to the property before including a southern view to the lake and a southeastern view of the city skyline. The house provided four floors of space – ample room with a modern aesthetic for a busy family of four. Truly transformative.
